How do I agree on final terms?

Accept the terms that match the intended deal, then check the contract separately before signing.

Steps

  1. Review all negotiation items, including work, rate, and rights.
  2. Accept the correct terms and save the response.
  3. Check the resulting deal status and next action.
  4. Compare the draft contract with the final response before finalizing.

Agreement in the negotiation flow and completion of contract signing are separate steps in Basa. Ask your legal reviewer about the effect of any agreement.
