What is Basa?

Software that runs a creator deal from first outreach to signed contract. The creator works from one private link. The team works from one queue.

Who is it for?

Agencies, in-house brand teams, and talent representatives who run many creator deals a year. If you hire one creator a year, Basa is more than you need.

Does it replace my creator platform or my e-signature tool?

No. Discovery tools keep finding creators. Your e-signature provider handles signing through your own account. Basa keeps the deal, agreed contract, and signature status connected.

What does Basa not do?

Basa does not make approval decisions. It does not find creators, review content, report performance, or process payments. People make the decisions; Basa keeps the request, context, status, owner, and resulting decision with the deal.

Creators and control

Do creators need an account, and does it cost anything?

Creators can respond to a deal without creating an account, and there is no charge to the creator for reviewing or responding.

Whose contract gets signed?

Yours. You upload the template. The team checks the terms before the agreement is sent.

Do amounts fill in from the negotiation?

Yes. Agreed terms carry into the contract, and a person confirms them before the contract is sent.

Who can see a deal?

Your team, by role. The creator sees only their own deal, through their private link.

Money and contracts

Does Basa process payments?

No. Your finance or payment system does. Basa keeps the agreed terms beside the deal.

Does Basa remind creators who have not responded?

Not today. Basa does not currently send automated reminders. Follow your team’s normal follow-up process, then return to the deal to check its current status.
