How do I create and manage tags?

Steps

1. Go to Settings, then the Application tab.
2. Click Tags.
3. Click Add category to create a group (for example, "Priority"), or open an existing one.
4. Click Add tag inside a category and name it.
5. Click a tag to Edit or Delete it.

A note on deleting

You can't delete a category that still has tags in it. Remove the tags first.

Who can do this

Only teammates with the manage tags permission see this screen.

What happens next

Go to Contacts and filter by tag to find everyone you've labeled.
