Is our data private, and is it used to train AI?
Short answer
Your data is yours. Basa does not sell the data you upload, or anonymized versions of your deal patterns, to market research firms. Basa does not combine rates across clients to build industry benchmarks. Your rate history comes only from your own deals. You can export your data campaign by campaign, or take it with you when you leave. Basa uses aggregated, de-identified data to run the service: improving features, monitoring performance and keeping it secure.
