- Check the rate, currency, units, work, and rights.
- Compare each value with the latest agreed response.
- Have the deal owner correct the draft.
- Review the whole agreement again.
For an agreement already sent or signed, pause and ask the deal owner or legal reviewer how to correct it. Do not assume a template value is the negotiated rate.
