A creator declined and I don’t know why

Short answer

Look in the deal record for the decline reason and any note. The email may contain less detail.

Steps

  1. Open the declined deal.
  2. Read the recorded reason, note, and time.
  3. If more context is needed, ask through your trusted conversation.

If no note was entered, the selected reason may be all that was provided. Check the available Restore or Reopen action if both sides want to revisit the opportunity.
