How do I set up outreach?

An Outreach Setup is the package creators see: your pitch, deliverables, usage rights, and how they price the work. Build it once per creator segment; every deal using it shows the same package.

You need a campaign first. One campaign can hold several Outreach Setups for different creator profiles.

Steps

  1. From the campaign, open Outreach Setups and create a new one.
  2. Write your campaign message: name the brand (unless confidential), the work, and the timeline.
  3. Pick Deliverables: content types (Instagram Reel, TikTok Video) and quantities.
  4. Set Usage Rights and the NDA toggle. Requiring an NDA needs an NDA-type contract template first.
  5. In Advanced Settings, pick the rate collection type: Bulk (one total), Itemized (price per deliverable), or Fixed Fee (you name the price).
  6. Click Save.

What happens next

Nothing sends yet. The setup waits until you assign it to a deal and click Send.

What the creator sees

Your message and milestones, the deliverables list, usage terms, and a pricing form matching your rate type. NDA first, if you turned it on.
