What to do, as Admin
- Go to each active campaign and find deals assigned to the departing teammate.
- Change the Team Member assignment on each one. See Deactivate, reactivate, or reassign a deal.
- Tell the new owner directly. Include the current terms and next action in the handoff.
Removing their account access
Go to Settings, then Team, and click Remove next to their name. This removes their access to your team right away, so reassign their deals first, above.
