How do I invite teammates and set permissions?

Short answer

Invite people to the team and give them the role they need for their work.

Steps

  1. Open team settings with an account allowed to manage teammates.
  2. Enter the teammate’s address.
  3. Choose the available role that fits their job.
  4. Send the invitation and confirm they joined the intended team.

Workspace roles grant different combinations of access for viewing, preparing, negotiating, and signing. Give only the access needed. A role does not replace your team’s review or approval process.
