Draft, Approved, or Will Pay describes the payment record, not bank settlement. Confirm payment with the finance team or payment provider and keep their receipt.
Do not interpret Will Pay as Paid. For a dispute or missing payment, use the agreement and the payer’s process rather than relying on a planned status alone.
