The creator says their link expired or doesn’t work

Steps

1. Open the correct deal and find its current link.
2. Confirm the intended recipient.
3. Send the link through your trusted conversation.
4. Ask them to open it in a normal browser without retyping it.

Keep the link private: anyone who receives it may be able to view the deal information it opens. If it still fails, contact Support with the error message, not a public post of the link.
