The deal is stuck on awaiting signature

Short answer

Check who needs to sign and whether their signing step is available.

Steps

  1. Open the contract and review the signing order.
  2. Confirm the designated person and connected signature provider.
  3. Ask whether they completed their step.
  4. Refresh the contract and compare its status with the signature provider.

If the records disagree, keep the completion receipt and contact Support with the contract name. Do not send another agreement just to clear the status.
