My Basa link doesn’t open

First, open the link in your regular browser.

Links opened inside Instagram, Gmail, LinkedIn, or another app can sometimes fail to load correctly.

  1. Copy the full link.
  2. Open Chrome or Safari.
  3. Paste the link into the address bar.

If it still does not work

Contact the person or company that sent you the opportunity so they can confirm the correct link. Keep your private deal link private.
