2. Usage Rights. Brand may use the Content in paid social media for ninety (90) days from first posting.
3. Confidentiality. Creator will keep the terms of this Agreement confidential.
4. Indemnification. Creator will indemnify Brand against claims arising from the Content Creator's breach of this Agreement.
5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
